The first-ever bulletproof 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV V-Series has just hit the road. The fortress on wheels is the creation of Alpine Armoring and takes safety to a whole new level. The armoring experts did not interfere with the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that powers the SUV.
Whether you are a state leader or a rapper that half of America loves while the other half hates, this might just be the ride for you. Alpine Armoring, based in Chantilly, Virginia, has just launched the first bulletproof 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV V-Series, armored to Level B6+. The firm claims it offers discreet protection with no compromise on comfort and protection despite the extra weight that armoring brings.
In a video uploaded to Instagram, Alpine Armoring shows three armored Escalade ESV V-Series examples. All of them are already sold, but those who are interested in being super protected while on the move can place an order and spec their vehicles with the help of the experts.
They will use the latest in engineering and armoring to build an unbreakable, invincible SUV that protects occupants against AR-15s and many other high-power rifles or M80 ball rounds. The floor is also reinforced to withstand DM51 hand grenades.
Customers can also check option boxes such as the anti-sabotage exhaust protection or the rear OEM lift gate with a partition door. A rear escape door access is also available. To prevent fire or explosions, the fuel tank and battery pack can be armored.
Alpine Armoring did not interfere with the powertrain of the Cadillac. This means that the Escalade ESV V-Series remains powered by the stock 6.2-liter supercharged V8, which pumps out 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque in an all-wheel drive setup.
However, the performance figures should be down a bit, considering that the SUV is heavier now due to the layer of protection that wraps the SUV to protect the precious occupants. The armoring experts offer a heavy-duty upgraded suspension that can withstand all the extra weight.
The bulletproof Escalade ESV should tip the scales at around 8,900 pounds (4,037 kilograms). The model wasn't a ballerina on the road even before the armoring.
The vehicle rides on four run-flat tires, which allows it to continue driving until it reaches a safe location, even when the rubber is penetrated. Meanwhile, LED strobe lights and a PA/multi-siren will help the SUV make its way through traffic with ease whenever in a hurry or in danger.
Alpine Armoring recommends the fortress on wheels for VIPs, corporate use, or government officials. The 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV V-Series starts at $167,495. The cost of each bulletproof Escalade will depend on the customer's requirements.
